Scholars assess two scenarios

The dispute over 4 areas on the Thai-Cambodian border, which Cambodia has filed a complaint with the International Court of Justice, Asst. Prof. Krisdakorn Wongwuttikul, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Thammasat University, sees two ways to fight the case in the International Court of Justice: a unilateral filing, which Cambodia already filed yesterday if the court finds that there is no basis, it will be dismissed; but if it finds that there is basis, there may be documents showing that the case has been accepted and Thailand will be invited to provide clarification. สล็อต
